Strength Fusion at MTHR

Brooke Cates will lead us in a workout where strength meets intention.

Strength Fusion is a signature MTHR class that blends resistance training, functional movement, and dynamic core work into one powerful session. Expect a mix of weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and ignite your inner fire, without the burnout of traditional “push harder” fitness.

In this class you will:

-Challenge your body with a balanced mix of strength, pilates style lengthening moves, short cardio bursts, and core integration.
-Learn how to co-contract your core and move with intention so every rep delivers more.
-Explore modifications and progressions that meet you where you are, whether you’re rebuilding or ready to push heavy.
-Leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and deeply connected to your body.

Strength Fusion is not about chasing exhaustion, it’s about reclaiming your strength, honoring your body’s wisdom, and leaving class lit up from the inside out.

This is a donation based class. All proceeds go to the Sunrise Coalition.
